EURICA member Marine Cornelis was in COP28 a few weeks ago to present the Atlas of French-speaking skills in the renewable energy sector.
The Francophonie Institute for Sustainable Development (IFDD), with the support of the Walloon Region, has developed an important tool for promoting French-speaking expertise: the Atlas of French-speaking skills in the renewable energy sector. This document, structured into seven distinct parts, offers a fresh look at the skills available and best practices in twenty-seven countries, members or not of La Francophonie. It also offers pragmatic recommendations for an energy transition that is both inclusive and efficient, thus meeting the imperative of carbon neutrality by 2050.
